Kurzfassung

Diese Seite verwendet keine Werbung, keine Analyse-Werkzeuge und keine Nutzerverfolgung. Deshalb gibt es auch kein Einwilligungsbanner: gespeichert wird nur, was für den Betrieb technisch nötig ist. Spielen ist ohne Konto als Gast möglich.

Server-Protokolle

Beim Aufruf protokolliert der Webserver technisch bedingt IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Adresse und Browserkennung. Das dient dem sicheren Betrieb und der Fehlersuche. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Löschung spätestens nach 14 Tagen.

Spielen als Gast

Verarbeitet wird nur der selbst gewählte Anzeigename, damit Mitspieler dich zuordnen können. Er wird nicht dauerhaft gespeichert und verschwindet mit der Verbindung. Für Gäste wird keine Statistik geführt.

Konto

Wer ein Konto anlegt, hinterlässt freiwillig:

• Name – frei wählbar, ein Fantasiename genügt
• Passwort – nur als Prüfsumme (scrypt mit eigenem Salz); das Klartextpasswort wird nirgends abgelegt
• Profilbild – nur wenn du eines hochlädst
• Spielstatistik – Siege, Niederlagen, Wertung, letzte 20 Partien
• Zeitpunkt von Anmeldung und letztem Besuch

Eine E-Mail-Adresse wird nicht abgefragt. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Speicherung bis zur Löschung auf deinen Wunsch.

Cookies und lokale Speicherung

• Sitzungs-Cookie sid – nur nach Anmeldung, hält dich eingeloggt, läuft nach 30 Tagen ab, ist HttpOnly und geht nicht an Dritte. Technisch notwendig (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG), daher ohne Einwilligung zulässig.
• Lokale Speicherung im Browser – Sprache, Anzeigeeinstellungen und der zuletzt genutzte Gastname. Diese Angaben verlassen deinen Rechner nicht.

Chat

Chatnachrichten liegen nur während der Partie im Arbeitsspeicher des Servers und werden danach verworfen. Es gibt kein dauerhaftes Protokoll.

Weitergabe an Dritte

Findet nicht statt – mit einer Ausnahme: PayPal auf der Spendenseite. Nur /spenden lädt den Spendenknopf von paypalobjects.com. Dabei erhält PayPal deine IP-Adresse und kann eigene Cookies setzen. Hosting

Die Seite läuft auf einem angemieteten Server in Deutschland. Der Anbieter verarbeitet Daten ausschließlich weisungsgebunden.

Eine formlose E-Mail an die oben genannte Adresse genügt. Das Konto wird dann samt Profilbild und Statistik vollständig entfernt.

Sicherheit

Die Verbindung ist durchgehend mit HTTPS verschlüsselt. Passwörter werden nur als Prüfsumme gespeichert. Hochgeladene Bilder werden auf ihren tatsächlichen Dateityp geprüft und unter zufälligem Namen abgelegt.

Minderjährige

Das Angebot richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder. Unter 16 Jahren bitte nur mit Zustimmung der Erziehungsberechtigten ein Konto anlegen.

Server logs

When the site is opened, the web server records IP address, time, requested address and browser identification for secure operation and troubleshooting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Playing as a guest

Only the display name you choose is processed so that fellow players can identify you. It is not stored permanently and disappears when you disconnect. No statistics are kept for guests.

Account

Creating an account voluntarily provides:

• Name – freely chosen, a made-up name is fine
• Password – stored only as a hash (scrypt with individual salt)
• Profile picture – only if you upload one
• Game statistics – wins, losses, rating, last 20 games
• Time of registration and last visit

No email address is requested. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Stored until you ask for deletion.

Cookies and local storage

• Session cookie sid – only after signing in, keeps you logged in, expires after 30 days, is HttpOnly and is not passed to third parties. Strictly necessary, therefore permitted without consent.
• Local storage in the browser – language, display settings and the last guest name used. This never leaves your device.

Chat

Chat messages are held in the server’s memory for the duration of a game only and discarded afterwards. No permanent log is kept.

Sharing with third parties

Does not happen – with one exception: PayPal on the donation page. Only /spenden loads the donate button from paypalobjects.com. PayPal receives your IP address there and may set its own cookies. The site runs on a rented server in Germany, processing data on our instructions only.

This service is not aimed at children. Under the age of 16, please create an account only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Registros del servidor

Al abrir la página, el servidor registra por motivos técnicos la dirección IP, la hora, la dirección solicitada y el identificador del navegador, para un funcionamiento seguro y la resolución de fallos. Base jurídica: art. 6.1.f RGPD. Se borran como máximo a los 14 días.

Jugar como invitado

Solo se trata el nombre que elijas, para que los demás puedan identificarte. No se guarda de forma permanente y desaparece al cerrar la conexión. No se llevan estadísticas de invitados.

Cuenta

Al crear una cuenta se facilitan voluntariamente:

• Nombre – de libre elección, vale un nombre inventado
• Contraseña – solo como resumen criptográfico (scrypt con sal propia)
• Imagen de perfil – solo si subes una
• Estadísticas – victorias, derrotas, puntuación, últimas 20 partidas
• Fecha de registro y última visita

No se solicita correo electrónico. Base jurídica: art. 6.1.b RGPD. Se conservan hasta que solicites la supresión.

Cookies y almacenamiento local

• Cookie de sesión sid – solo tras iniciar sesión, te mantiene conectado, caduca a los 30 días, es HttpOnly y no se cede a terceros. Es técnicamente necesaria.
• Almacenamiento local – idioma, ajustes de pantalla y el último nombre de invitado. No sale de tu dispositivo.

Chat

Los mensajes solo están en la memoria del servidor mientras dura la partida y luego se descartan. No hay registro permanente.

Cesión a terceros

No se produce, salvo una excepción: PayPal en la página de donaciones. Solo /spenden carga el botón desde paypalobjects.com. Allí PayPal recibe tu IP y puede poner sus propias cookies. Alojamiento

El sitio funciona en un servidor alquilado en Alemania, que trata los datos solo siguiendo nuestras instrucciones.

Menores

El servicio no está dirigido a menores. Por debajo de los 16 años, crea una cuenta solo con el consentimiento de tus tutores.
